Which metals do you use in your handmade jewelry?

Our jewelry may contain brass, copper and nickel. Please, be aware of any allergies you may have prior to making a purchase.

Will I be provided with a tracking number for my package?

We will provide you a tracking number, but usually, when the package leaves the original country (Portugal), the tracking may show “INTERNATIONAL DISPATCH” and, from that moment on, the info may not be updated until delivery, especially when shipping overseas. It will depend on the destination carrier’s management. Anyway, if you need help, please contact us and we'll do our best to locate your package by contacting our national couriers.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

When you open an item, before placing your order, you can introduce your country and zip code. An expected time frame for delivery will be automatically calculated for each destination. However, those dates are estimated, NOT GUARANTEED. It will depend on the destination courier’s management, eventual holiday shipping delays, etc. Unfortunately, this is something we can't control. We will not consider a parcel lost sooner than that. If your package takes longer, please contact us. We'll do our best to help you.
Please make sure that you’re willing to wait patiently for the item to be delivered.

I love one of the sold items, will you make another?

No. All our creation are one of a kind. However, sometimes we repeat themes/aesthetics, but that doesn't mean you'll see the same elements you liked on the other one combined again or in the same way. Our creation process is guided by imagination and inspiration, so there's no predefined creations or a scheduled date for their production. You can always keep an eye on our shop for news and maybe you'll find an unique piece that you like.

Item returned due to wrong address provided or unclaimed package

We are not responsible for these situations so, if this happens and the item returns to us intact, the customer has 2 options:
1 - request to reship the item - customer will have to pay the shipping costs this time;
2 - request refund.
Exceptions: If the item doesn't return to us for any reason, we cannot refund. If the item arrives to us with any kind of damage, we can only issue a partial refund (according to the level of damage detected)
